All our long-term strategies and short-term actions will be moulded by a set of core values that are shared by each associate. Our corporate activities will be conducted to the highest ethical and professional standards. We also believe in education, enrichment and development. We will foster relationships that integrate the talent, interests, and goals of all our co-workers
How We Work
Working Progress
01
Provision of high-quality service in the markets that currently are either un-served, poorly served, or under-subscribed by existing companies, thereby setting both a new trend and a new pace in the industry
04
Employment of cost-effective, above ground fixed roof tanks or floating roof tanks that operate under no (or very little) pressure, distinguishing them from pressure vessels, which in turn have additional requirements that must be considered. This will help ensure the highest level of reliability, environmental friendly, safety, and customer satisfaction
02
Development & implementation of cooperation’s, associations, and partnerships with other larger, more established, and highly regarded upstream and refinery companies .
05
Ensuring a friendly, cooperative, enjoyable, yet highly professional face to the customer.
03
Utilization of the latest electronic and informational technology in sales and marketing, repairs & maintenance scheduling, resource planning and operational oversight.
Our Vision
Our Mission
Corporate Responsibility
Our CSR will revolve around the concept of “RHYTHM“;
Raise
Yourself
To
Help
Mankind
A very important part of our CSR involves environmental conservation. We will have a green company policy in all our offices that emphasises recycling, saving energy and going paperless, among other strict environmental-friendly practices.
Code of Conduct
DP fully supports the Community Awareness and Emergency Response (CAER) Code of Management Practices to assure emergency preparedness and to foster community right-to-know. These include pollution prevention, process safety, distribution, employee health and safety, and product stewardship.
We are also committed to the principles of the UN Global Compact, which supports human rights, environmental protection and anti-corruption initiatives.
Our strategy and sustainability
Keeping a relentless focus on safety is the top priority for us. Rigorous management of risk helps to protect the people at the front line and the places in which we operate. We will work towards becoming a simpler business, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency. We will strengthen our portfolio of high-return and longer-life upstream assets, while building high-quality downstream businesses with premium products and advanced technologies.
Strong financial performance is vital, as this will enable us to make the effective investment decisions necessary to produce the oil and gas that society requires, while rewarding and maintaining the support of our shareholders.
Corporate Governance
We support strong corporate governance as it adds more transparency for investors and more accountability for those in positions of financial stewardship. We can only retain the ability to operate if we are accountable and transparent in all our business activities. We must earn people’s trust by being fair and responsible in everything we do.
We monitor our performance closely and aim to report in a transparent way. We believe good communication and open dialogue are vital if we are to meet the expectations of our employees, customers, shareholders and the local communities in which we operate.
